Return & Exchange Policy

At Paramkriti, we strive to provide you with products of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle free exchange/return to ensure your complete satisfaction.

There are no charges for exchange and return.

Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at hello@paramkriti.com or whatsapp us at 8854022234 mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.

Exchange Process

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accompanying items.

The product must be unused, unworn with all original tags intact.

The product would be picked in 2-5 days after the return or exchange request is approved.

Once we receive the exchanged product back, it goes through a quality check and later the exchanged order will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Please note exchanges are allowed only once. Should there be a concern even after exchanging the product once, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.

Return Policy

Customers may choose either a full refund or a credit note of the same value for future purchases.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the amount will be refunded to the original source of payment or issued a credit note for future purposes.

The credit note is valid for 12 months and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please note that this return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Paramkriti. If you purchased our products through a third-party market place, please refer to their return policy.

International Orders:

International orders are not eligible for exchange. 

If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.

We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.

Customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India without incurring additional shipping costs.

Since we do not provide refund to our International customers, a Paramkriti credit note will be issued for the value of the returned product only.

The credit note will remain valid for 12 months and can be used for future purchases. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at hello@paramkriti.com. The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A Paramkriti  E-Credit note of the same value can be made in such cases.
